Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for shipment. -
Shipping time
Ireland 5–10 business days
The shipping is handled by An Post. All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping, which includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order on the tracking page of our website by clicking “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number doesn’t work?
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If the tracking still shows no updates after a few days, please contact our customer service.
